Owner of another unit

I may be biased as I own a unit here as this is my favorite place to stay in the Newport area. It is a great area with many things to do, and fairly quiet at night with no downtown bar noise. Perfect for families with plenty of space in the Townhouse. I have stayed at unit 1 in the past before I bought my unit here, and while there is no water view from most of the unit, there is a partial water view from the back patio and guest bedroom. It is not a look out your window water view as Unit 1 is the top of the hill and the most partial water view of many of the units at the Newport Overlook but full water views inches from the water is more money everywhere you go. I know I can't afford the Townhouses that have the ideal water views nearby

Hi, Beware the condo rentals that say water views, because many of these condos at the Newport Overlook have no views. The interiors are very nice and clean, but the owner in Unit 1 told me all the units have water views when I asked her to send me pictures. She sent me stock pictures from Wyndham's website, and not her own pictures of her unit. Her price was much lower than everyone else's price, and I should have known you get what you pay for. Don't go for the cheaper price at this resort. I don't know if I am allowed to post names here, but her price for the week was $900. She said she gave me the facts, but I was misled. Jamestown is a beautiful and relaxing place to visit. I also enjoyed Newport and Narragansett.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?
