Avenue Plaza needs to update the business service area by adding a fax machine and copy machine that can be used by the residents. Avenue Plaza should when they upgrade the one bedroom suites add more electrical outlet and buy new stands for the television to lower them for normal viewing.

Great location, lousy service. Cracks in the walls, punishing beds. We tried to get a better bed, or do anything about it, and were told at the front desk "You only paid for an efficiency. What do you expect?" Thankfully, we upgraded, and will never have to put up with the staff and accommodations of the Avenue Plaza!

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?

Our site is for timeshare owners to post one week for sale for $34.95. We have no other charges.
