We stay at the Villa del Arco every year and have never been dissatisfied. Yes you have to go to the Villa del Palmar (next door) for the night life, but that is what is so great about the resort. It is quiet and peaceful, you don't have to ever worry about finding a chair down by the pool or beach, unlike the Palmar. The balcony in each room is beautiful with a great view and plenty of room. If you want action and activities all you need to do is go next door. The staff I have found are very, very helpful, all you need to be is pleasant to them and they are more then happy to do what they can for you.

This property was very disappointing. Just came back from one week there- 2 adults and 2 children. Property itself is beautiful but that's where it ends. Customer service at this resort is horrible and virtually non-existent. Management and staff are non-responsive and aloof. When you did come across an employee who was helpful/friendly it was an aberation. Resort is nice location but you might as well be staying in California or Florida as there is nothing "international" about this place. No activities unless you went to neighboring property. We have stayed in Mexico many times - all inclusives and 4-5 star resorts as well as cruised. Would not go back here. Prices at restaurants are gouging.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?

Our site is for timeshare owners to post one week for sale for $34.95. We have no other charges.
