We stayed a week, never again. Asked for 1st floor, knee problems, needed king bed..they placed us on second floor , queen bed, hard as a rock. When arriving we had bugs in the room, bed hard as a rock, tub difficult to get into due to ledge, had to sleep on sofa bed. Asked to change rooms ..we heard someone changing rooms..they were accomodate, however, we were told no more rooms. Our balcony overlooked the street and a dumpster..although they were booked, no vacancy, we saw the same handful of people and cars in the lot the whole week, not enough to fill the place. It was very disappointing and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Pool and hot tub-adequate...staff..not very accommodating. Bring your own bug spray.

We stayed for almost 2 weeks. The location is beautiful. The whole property is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and knows so many people by name! The rooms was just right for us!

We stayed for a week and enjoyed the location as well as the resort. The parial kitchen was alright for our needs for the week, having a four burner stove top and no oven. A high end microwave was a good feature. Decoration in the one bedroom was quite nice and the staff friendly. the ebach and pool area are above standard for these old motel-type resorts. Parking across the road was also not a problem as there are plenty of breaks in the traffic and a light a very short walk away. We would go back either as a timeshare exchange or direct rental.

This resort is situated along a stretch of sandy white beach on the southern tip of the Pinellas Suncoast. Near Central Florida attractions (90 min). Relaxing atmosphere. Our unit is an oceanfront/pool front room 1st Floor.
