Resort Reviews for The Quarters

This was our third stay at The Quarters in Ocean City, Maryland. The unit was clean, roomy and nicely furnished. Upgrades to the complex are continually being made, only adding to a more enjoyable stay. Though we stayed in the middle of winter, the pool area is very nice. The location on 122nd Street is excellent - close to a lot of conveniences, but away from a lot of the beach traffic and noise! The full size washer and dryer in the unit were a surprise and very convenient. The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, trash compactor and microwave. We highly recommend you stay at The Quarters! We will be back!

I've been staying at The Quarters for about 5 years now and I really enjoy the location on 122nd Street. The units are large and I've seen nice upgrades over the years. It is really a plus to have a full size washer and dryer right in the unit - so convenient. The management should give themselves an A for upgrading the exterior and the pool area is absolutely beautiful. If they continue with the same quality on interior renovations in the coming years, this will be a 5-star resort. Keep up the good work. I know it takes time and money to keep beach resorts current.

I have stayed at the Quarters a few times over the past several years.Here lately i have seen a great improvement at this property.The Pool area and Deck are the nicest in all of OC.The on going improvements are starting to also look good. I have found the staff to bend over backwards to help if you ask them. I look forward to taking my family back again this summer.

Units are filthy.Dirty handprints on walls. Furniture is well worn and stained w/ God knows what. Furnishings antiquated if not broken. Old appliances. Every sliding door in unit is broken. Dining table lopsided. Lamps cracked. Crumbs in beds. No one in office to address problems to until day of check out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I implore you to check indepth reviews about this dump.

I stayed in June 2006. This resort is on the oceanside of Ocean Hwy at 122nd street (north O.C.). Good location, 1 block to the beach, convenient to several nice restaurants, & the bus. I was a little concerned that since the building faces the hwy, there would be traffic noise, however the bedrooms are on the oceanside and we didn't hear any traffic. Large balcony faced the hwy. Resort pool is small, but clean. Unit was clean and well-maintained with nice-sized rooms, large master bath, and washer/dryer in hall closet. I would definitely stay here again.

The Quarters is one of the nicest places ive ever stayed at in Ocean City,Everyone there very helpful if you should need anything.Nice clean unit and close to the Beach.

What a great place has pool, close to beach, very nice and clean unit has everything you need in it.Even a McDonalds within walking distance for the kids.
