We stayed at the Pointe Resort for Memorial Day Weekend recently and most of the amenities were satisfactory. I would caution that what they state about amenities is true, but sometimes misleading: for example- sun deck with furniture was a 5' x 5' "deck" with two lounge chairs- it was situated next to the "children's playground" which consisted of one piece of playground equipment. The continental breakfast was adequate, with make your own waffles and fresh fruit and cold cereal, juice and bagels. It would have been nice to have had a choice of skim milk, given people's diet choices today. Ask for a room near the recreation center unless you enjoy lots of walking up and down stairs to get from your room to the picnic area, pool area etc.

We've enjoyed 2 weeks at this resort for many years. We've enjoyed the fishing (both open water and ice), the x-country skiing (Winter Park is exceptional and the state trails are beutiful), the snowmobiling (the trails are as awesome as the ones you see in pictures), the wonderful food (you could eat out every meal of every day and never get to all the great restaurants), and most of all the staff and wonderful people we've met. We have owned since they were in the process of building the resort and we have loved it here so much that we've never traded our weeks even though our reason for buying in was to travel. This resort has earned the RCI Gold Crown award almost every year,which says visitors found it to be exceptional.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?

Our site is for timeshare owners to post one week for sale for $34.95. We have no other charges.
