I have been going there for aleast ten years, no problems. Ken has been there for the last 4 years , no problems. Very nice place and location. Close to everything. Nice people to deal with. We just bought another timeshare at same loc. for April. Dealt with Monica, all went well. Thank You Monica

The rooms were very nice and the location was great. The people we rented from were very rude and nasty I don't recommend them I believe the lady's name was Monica.

We own 2 units facing the bay. Beautiful! Each unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Assateague Beach is about 20 minutes away and is spectacular.

We have 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, lovely living room with fireplace and nice kitchen with laundry equipment. Great view of the bay. All rooms and appliances have been recently renovated.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?
