My wife and I stayed here for two weeks during September of 2005. Although the furniture was old and the decor very dated, the kitchen appliances were all new. We stayed in a 2nd floor unit and othr than the window treatments being old and non darkening, we were pleased with everything. I do believe that the units are overpriced, but seem to be the going rate. Would stay there again if I got the right price.

This will be our 4th stay at the Colony. We will not be returning. Our first visit was 11 years ago and our condo was updated & clean. This time, when I made the reservation the front desk desk assured me that the condos were all updated. She said that the Web site was not update though. We got there & they were still the same. Stinking of smoke also. It cost us almost $2000.00 Canadian. I brought it up to the front desk & there was not compromise, no apology. Our 4th stay!. You would think they would want us back. Went down the street to see Dolphins Condo & it was beautiful. Guess where we will be staying.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?

Our site is for timeshare owners to post one week for sale for $34.95. We have no other charges.
