Location 1 block off the center strip, Planet Hollywood and the new City Center. I've stayed at the big strip resorts where it is 30 minutes through the mobs to get to your car. At the Carriage House, it is so nice to scoot down the elevator, about 10 steps to the front door and there's your car. (3 minutes if you walk s l o w!) And out of the lot with little or no traffic vs. pulling out onto the strip traffic. Really does have everything you need. FREE Wi-Fi. Friendly, helpful staff. I've stayed here 5 times and it is so much more relaxed vs. being on the strip.

I have stayed at this property several times over the past 3 years, and continue to be impressed with the condition and ongoing maintenance of the property, great pool, very friendly staff, fantastic location, easy parking, and reasonable rates for "Center Strip" accessibility. I recommend it to anyone not needing to be in a casino at the bottom of the elevator.

We have visited the Carriage House many times over the last five years, Ihave visited other resorts over the same period. The Carriage House stands out. You feel like an individual as the staff is so friendly and responsive to any request you may have.I like the easy access to your car.Nowaiting for valet service or walking great distances to reach it. It is near everything on the Strip.It is also an easy exchange. Housekeeping is excellent. Everyone should try this at least once.

This resort is one block from strip, kitchette, close to everything, heated swimming pool/whirlpool, tennis courts, restuarant, basketball court.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?
