.told this to both the hotel manager and the checkout lady at the front desk, as well as to the ztimeshare people who presented a time share to us whoo owned this resort. All three said they'd take care of us, but did you hear from them? (any of them!) because I sure didn't. Lousy service. Needless to say I do not recommend this resort. When you pay for quality, you want quality, not a very serious lack thereof. I give thid place a 1.5 out of 10, only because the room was nice, otherwise its a zero.

.(it also took them until the next day to collect our room keys from the old room, security at its best!).Next the ice maker didn't work properly, then 2 burners on the stove didn't work! The dishwasher didn't close properly, and the water pressure in the hot tub was lousy (we also ran out of hot watrer every time we wanted to use it). To top it all off, the jacuzzi did not work all week, and the pool towels which we had to sign out, we could not even return them untilo the next day because nobody was there to return them to! Also, the door to the lounge didn't work most of the time, and the Wifi didn't work in areas we had to walk a ways to get to more thsn once (they didn't have it in the rooms!) After all this, I told this to cont.

This was a bad bad place to stay. We got this through a LOeisure Time Getaway deal, and were very disappointed. We arrived on Saturday night, and the room was like a sauna, Don't get me wrong, the townhome was very nice (2 levels, 2 beds, 3 TV's and 2 baths), but it was run down. After unpacking all our stuff, we learned we would have to be moved to another room becaus the Air Condition Condensor was out. I should have gotten a clue when the maintenance guy received 4 calls when he was looking at our unit, and when I said "busy night,?" he responded, "typical shift." zthe new room had a problem with the deadbolt lock, and it took them until the next day to fix it, cont.
