Steamboat Landing is my favorite vacation destination. Being a frequent visitor for over l5 years gives me the right to say this is the finest staff (Alan & Gaynor), best maintenance (Joe) and cleaning crew, and overall condo experience ever enjoyed. They have become friends! Indoor and outdoor pools offer alternatives depending on the weather. Very cool sometimes! BUT my favorite thing to do is FISH on the pier! It has been my good fortune to catch speckled trout (in season) and flounder (one l6 inches last Spring) and several large sail catfish. It is just as much fun to catch grunts, croakers, and pin fish! My plans are made for 2011 to spend as much time as possible at Steamboat Landing - my second home!

I liked it a lot at steamboat landing. from the friendly staff to the stocked condos. when I mean stocked I mean the kitchen has everything you need except food and drink. the bathroom has towels and soap and the bedroom has a good size closet to store clothes in. each unit has two dressers and it does help out a lot. each unit has a broom and dustpan and vacuum and iron and ironing board. the pier is nice for fishing as my nephew loves fishing from it. also big enough to dock a boat there as well. the swimming pools and hot tub are kept clean at all times. and all the guest are nice there. the building has a few bbq grills even. my brother and sister in law have a time share there two different weeks. been there twice in both units

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?
