South Cape is located on the upper part of the Cape. The units themselves are some of the largest on the Cape. The living room is large, there are two bathrooms, two bedrooms (one with two singles and one with a queen size bed) and a well equipped kitchen with eating bar. The location is close to shopping , movies, the beach and not all that far from the ferry to the vineyard. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor tennis and a friendly staff .

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?

Our site is for timeshare owners to post one week for sale for $34.95. We have no other charges.

If you have multiple weeks to sell, you must post a separate ad for each week and pay $34.95 for each ad.
