This is a family oriented vacation place .But it is also very condusive to couples who enjoy playing golf ,horsebackriding, sauna and hot tub.fishing and wildernes.It is not too far from town and only about 1 1/2 hours from washington dc and Kings dominion. A deluxe cabin has a jacuzzi tub in it .

the resort is very nice and very clean. has a lake on property where you can rent paddleboats or take a charter party boat. There is a outdoor pool, an indoor pool and hot tub., a recreation room for machines and ping pong etc. There is playground for smaller kids or family picnics. There is a miniature golf, a remote control car park, and most of all a quiet , clean cabin with everything you could want or need in it. A wonderful place to vacation. Horseback riding and golf also on site.

The resort is very well kept. They have a nice outdoor pool and also an indoor pool with a hot tub. We enjoyed the miniature golf course. They also have basket ball and tennis court. You can take a canoe or paddle boat on the lake. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant there and the food was very good. The cabins are neat and very clean. The area is the home of three presidents and we enjoyed touring there homes. This is a nice relaxing place to vacation. We have enjoyed staying there.
