I love everything about this resort. First the location is amazing, right in the middle of Cocoa Beach within walking distance of so many things. The unit is newly renovated, very clean, very comfortable. The one bedroom is very comfortable for 4 people having a queen bed in the bedroom and a murphy bed in the living area as well as a recliner couch. Most places the 3 and 4th person has too sleep on a sleeper sofa but the murphy bed is a regular comfortable bed. Full kitchen was so handy, pool area sits directly on the ocean, staff is so friendly and helpful. Our family can not wait to go back, very reasonable priced for such a comfortable resort and location.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?

Our site is for timeshare owners to post one week for sale for $34.95. We have no other charges.
