Have stayed here 10 plus times have a 2 bedroom unit 3 weeks a year. This is a well kept building with most units owner occupied so very quiet. This is no 5 star but it is home with all you need new updated tv's washer and dryer in each unit. 1300 plus sq feet reasonable parking rates. Just returned can't wait to go back next jan. Been to Hawaii 24 times this place is 2nd home. Glad we found it!

We stayed here very disappointed. We were led to believe RAVC was a resort, not a building where people live year round. It was clean, but very small. Only 1 elevator worked all week,hallway carpets dirty, not vacuumed. There were 2 air conditioners which went out to balcony. There were 2 basins on balcony to collect water dripping from but did not. Balcony floor flooded. The office is off-site and was very uninviting, had to pay for a taxi to take us from the office to the bldg. Would never recommend anyone to stay in this building, surrounding area is dirty, seemed like an unsafe area for people. Very disappointing week at RAVC! Will never go back!

I have stayed at the Royal Aloha in Waikiki, and found the accomodations to be excellent. The 2 bedroom condo is VERY large (1600 square feet), and the furnishings are all newly updated. A block from the beach, and the ability to trade this membership/ownership for awesome ocean front locations on Kona or Maui! This is truly one excellent find!

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?

Our site is for timeshare owners to post one week for sale for $34.95. We have no other charges.
