Location of this 5-star resort is great. There is so much to do in the area that you can stay close to the resort. But if you want to wander-Disneyland, Legoland, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Balboa and Knott's Berry Farm are all within an hour's drive. We love to relax around the pool and barbeques. There are activities for kids of all ages with the beach immediately across the street. Staff is very helpful. Accommodations are immaculate. We return to the Riviera year after year. The summer is our favorite time, but it can be peaceful and relaxing in the late spring or early fall as well.

Our family enjoys riding bikes and jogging along the beach. There are many activities at the resort and in Dana Point to keep my children and myself busy while my husband spends a few hours on the numerous nearby golf courses. We enjoy dinner on the San Clemente Pier while watching the surfers. We especially like having our own barbecue on our deck. A great vacation for travelers of all ages.

Great 5-Star in high demand area. Sometimes we use it and others it is a super trader. Pedestrian bridge to sandy beach. Two pools, whirlpool, sauna, tanning bed, fitness room, pool table, game room, etc. Nearby restaurants, quaint shops, boat rentals, at Dana Point Harbor.
