On Dec 30, 2017 - Jan 4, 2018, my family and I travel to Phoenix AZ and stayed at this Resort Bldg. 39 Unit 2232. There were quit a few things wrong with this unit. Screen door does not close or lack properly. Sliding living room entrance to the patio does not lock. They had a stick inside to avoid from opening up the door. Furniture is soiled and very old. The bed cover in the master bedroom had blood spots on it. The guest room has two twin beds and no television. The shower is very loud. No extra towels or cleaning compliments. The unit is adjacent to the roadway and quit noisy throughout the day and night. Last minute reservation was made. I didn't want to complain that much. But Damn!!This was suppose to be a Corporate Unit???

We stayed in early December 2011. The resort was Perfect. It was a 3-bedroom 2 bath with balconies. Well equiped and very comfortable and clean. A little cool so we didn't swim but did use the whirlpool. Very centrally located for our trip. About an 1 1/2 hours from Sedona. Beds were so comfortable which was great! We will be back again!

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?
