This has been a great little resort. Since it's small, the "neighbors" are usually friendly in a quiet sort of way. New Smyrna beach is a gem, worthy of walking and wading. If you are looking for a quiet resort - away from the bustle of Orlando but still within a 90 min drive of the parks, I would highly recommend Ocean Palms Beach Club. If you are considering purchasing - this is an inexpensive resort that trades well in Red-off-peak. I've often alternated years with a relaxed June here in a 1BR, with a 2+-BR trade in Oct. in Orlando using Interval International. Call the resort before buying - they are currently (Autumn 2004) doing some work on the property.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?
