Grand Mayan is a Gold Crown resort with great trade power. It is the future for Mayan Palace with updated larger more luxurious units being built to take off where the Mayan Palace units leave off. Each unit has a whirlpool/spa and larger refrigerator. Also Jack Nicholas golf at discount and tennis is available for owners. They are building a Casino in Acapulco and Acapulco based units will benifit from future rental fees. The Acapulco unit is in the Acapulco Diamante Zone which features 200 acres of tropical paradise surrounded by lakes waterfalls and beautiful gardens,the largest swimming pool in the world, and a 1-1/2 mile beach. Other locations are Cancun, Puerto Penasco, andNuevo Vallarta.

Pueblo Bonito is amazing, three resorts in Cabo, Rose, White (Blanco), and Sunset Beach. Easily the nicest timeshares in Cabo, with the best restaraunts! White is showing a bit of age, Rose is still beautiful, but Sunset is the most amazing one! A bit outside of town (but free shuttles into town regularly) with the most amazing views, secluded private beach. The staff is the most attentive we have come across in our travels to several time shares in many continents! Cabo has great fishing and water sports, and great sunning!

Krystal Vallarta (Resort # 2456) is a real gem. My family and I have been numerous time and has always enjoyed the stay. This place was designed in a lovely classical Mexican fashion complete with cobblestone walkways. The villas are comfortable and the restaurants excellent. Sunsets are spectacular at the impressive Seven Colums pool, complete with fountains, waterfalls and a swim-up bar. You can take part in numerous activities or you can just chill out at one of the more secluded pools.

My family and I stayed at the Reef Regency Vacation Club in Cozumel during January of 2004. My 2 son in laws and I thoroughly enjoyed our scuba diving. The entire family enjoyed the snorkel trip to Blue Sky-Columbia Wall and Planacar Caves. Our granddaughter of 4 and the wives enjoyed the swimming pool everyday whiel the men dove. We purchased the All inclusive plan and the food was great. For those of you who want to relax. The ocean was just outside our door way. We'll all go back in Jan-2005!

Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach is a new resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. It is on the Pacific side of Cabo, just past the Pedrigal area where the rich and famous stay. This resort is built on a hillside so the views are great. Electric carts provide rides to your unit, pools, restaurant, etc. The refrigerators are large . My favorite place is the infinity pool sipping a pina collada. I can't wait for 2005 as my son will get married on Sunset Beach. There are free bus rides to Pueblo Bonito Rose

The Imperial Fiesta Club at Casa Maya is located just south of the downtown district of Cancun. It is a 5-Star resort with 2 pools ( a quiet one and a noisy one), a private beach, and two restaurants. There are tour reservationists in the hotel every day and activity directors out by the pool. Bus trips up and down the main hotel/night club/shops strip run constantly and you can get to just about any location for 60 pesos. Swimming, snorkeling, diving, shopping, night clubs, and just relaxing!

paradise village beach and spa resort is a five star resort, located about 10-15 minutes north of puerto vallarta in a newly developed area of upscale resorts. access to downtown is available by bus or taxi. it has a fabulous extensive beachfront and great pools, many restaurants, spa, exercise facilities, wonderful activities for all ages, small zoo, mall and medical facilities on site.be sure not to miss the mexican fiesta and take a trip to yelapa (a remote village accessible only by boat).

Hotel Sierra Manzanillo is located 80 miles south of Puerto Vallerta. It has the option of "All Inclusive" which means for an additional daily charge per person you are entitled to all meals, snacks, drinks(includes cocktails, beer, wine), non motorized watersports, and taxes and tips. Golf is nearby and within walking distance. No rental car is needed as transportation is very accessible.
