We have enjoyed this resort many times. All units face the ocean. Situated on a beautiful walk-out-and-there-you-are-beach. Balconies off living room and mbr. Units refurbished every few years. Other activities are close by: golf, top talent shows, restaurants. On site tiki bar, pool, hot tub, kids organized activities. Full kitchen. The staff have always been responsive and helpful. We've traded all over the world. Always come back to Maritime.

Wow, nice beach, great location, crappy management firm. My experience with Defender Resorts has been nothing but abyssmal and their management of the property leaves much to be desired. Surly staff, fines up the wazzoo for niggling things. Repetitive fees for points tracking already provided by your RCI membership fees. Stay away from this den of unethical, repugnant thieves. Charged for using more than one roll of toilet paper - better bring your own. The towels must have been bought as rejects from Big Lots. Furnishings? The cheapest, flimsiest they can purchase.

We return to the Maritime Beach Club every year and we couldn't be happier. This resort offers immaculate ocean front units. The Maritime Beach Club is located in North Myrtle Beach. It is the last timeshare building in a line of timeshare resorts. On one side is a new high rise timeshare, on the other is a family home. A perfect location right on the beach. In the winter (which is never very cold) a heated cover is put over the outdoor pool. A complete interior refurbishment was completed recently. This timeshare is probably one of the best kept secrets in Myrtle Beach. We own a two bedroom end unit next to the private residence and just love it. The people who work there are really dedicated and will go to great lengths to serve your needs. Our week is the third week in November. Christmas is in the air. The Christmas shows are in full swing. Also the shopping.
