Resort Reviews for Marine Terrace

We have owned a beautiful, spacious, 7th floor 1 bedroom deluxe unit here since 1985 and still love it. It is a 5 star condo and has always been kept up to date as renovations are made on a scheduled basis. The wrap around balcony has ceiling to floor glass windows and doors with an exceptionally long view of the beach and overall city view as well. We can walk down a few steps from the pool and be directly on the white, soft sand beach. Umbrellas and chairs are available. The area is safe and convenient. What more could we ask? Wish I was there right now!

I stayed at Marine Terrace in Aug. using a getaway through Interval International. It's nice to have assigned parking spots, but they were small. I was expecting a queen or king size bed in a 1 bedroom unit, but it was just a full size. I went to the desk to ask about it and was told they only have queen and king size beds. Someone doesn't know how to measure beds! On the second day I went to the desk to ask about getting clean towels. I was told that's why you have a washer and dryer. So we had to go out and buy detergent to keep our towels washed for the week. They had a huge dehumidifier in the room with a note telling you to keep it running at all times. It was so loud though, that it gave me a headache so we had to turn it off.

The Marine Terrace is one of the best Ocean Front properties in Daytona. It has wrap around balconies, great ocean views, clean swimming pool and 2 hot tubs. One inside, in case of rain, and one outside. Great work out room and game room. The rooms were remodeled in 08-09 and have a full kitchen, dinning room, living room and sleep from 4 to 10 people. We stayed at the Terace for 3 years, then bought there. The people and staff are great! Very famly oriented. You can contact owners for rentals. Check out thier website for photos!

Marine Terrace is a very nice property, one of the only purpose built timeshare properties in the area, so units are large. Staff is always great, everything is always clean. Entire property inside and out was recently rennovated, so owners got a hefty special assessment due in 4 installments for 9/07, 3/08, 9/08 and 3/09. Assessments ran from $600-$1200, so if reading a resale ad be sure they are disclosing the assessment or you will end up paying a lot more than advertised! I own there and love it, as most owners do.

I have been going to Marine Terrace since a year after it opened it. I love it! It's my home away from home There's always a great community of weekly visitors to share your vacation with. The location is great there's all kinds of activities with in driving distance and lots of them are even walking distance. There are several wonderful restuants in the area.
