Watch the shrimp boats go by from your porch. 2 blks from the beach. Spa on the beautiful roof. Meeting bldg. with raquet ball, ping pong, exercise rm.showers and sauna. Go for free boat ride 2 x per wk(weather permiting) bikes,Bar-B-Que/playground area & Heated pool. 2 gambling boats and a Key West boat near. Within walking distance, restaurants, playground, clinic, dentist and shopping. A trolley goes to movies,tennis,golf,other beaches, churches and more shopping. The unit has 3 tvs,video player, washer & dryer, full kitchen with micro. oven. 2 full baths, 2 bed rms. one with twin beds, one King size. Comfortable sofa bed in living rm, dinner service for 8. Chez lounge and table with 4 chairs on porch overlooking Matansass Pass.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?

Our site is for timeshare owners to post one week for sale for $34.95. We have no other charges.
