The timeshares are a little run down especially in the bathroom and the sliding doors have moisture in some of them. There is new carpet and the furnishings are ok. The resort itself is no five star, but the have a nice restaurant, bar, and an outside tiki bar in the summer and fall.

These units are getting old and run down. The yearly maintenance fee is $400 and this year they tacked on extra to replace some boards on the deck.well what are the maintenance fees for???? The only indoor family pool is in the Hotel and there is no changing room, the bathrooms are at the other end of the hotel, bad set up.
