We have owned our Gulf-front 2-story townhouse at Hyatt Sunset Harbor since 2004 and have never been disappointed. The location of this property is the best in Key West since one can walk to all the sites, restaurants and entertainment. Or just relax and enjoy all the waterfront activities, from boating to sunsets to people-watching. Hyatt keeps all their properties in immaculate condition, making continuous upgrades annually to ensure everything is modern and fresh. It's no wonder this is their most popular vacation destination. Pure relaxation and fun. We love coming back every year.

This is a great timeshare. All properties face the ocean where the cruise ships dock. everyday except Wed. which is when you get a nice view of the ocean. You can walk to the sunset event. 2 blocks from the center of all the actino. The top floror of the 2 bedroom is a great bedroom. The lowever floor bedroom is alright with 2 double beds. and a small bathroom. Very clean property . Great grills at the pool.

We have been owners @ this resort since 1996. Its location is the best for Key West, right in Old Town, very close to Duval St. You can walk everywhere so you don't need a car. The resort has everything you want except a restaurant which you don't need because there are to many to choose from & they are very close. The Hyatt Vacation Club offers discounts to lots of activities, restaurants, tours & even the Hyatt Resort & Marina on Front St. They have updated all the furniture, carpet & so on.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?

Our site is for timeshare owners to post one week for sale for $34.95. We have no other charges.
