The lazy river at this resort is the best-it takes a full ten minutes to go around. There are two outdoor bars to pick up a beverage to make the floating more relaxing. The food at the outdoor Verandah bar is similar in quality/quantity to a TGIFridays, except you can stay in your bathing suit and charge it to your room! There is also a small shop that sells snacks and ice cream, coffee, etc. When we get tired of swimming, we get out and play corn hole, jenga, or cards at a table under an umbrella. If it rains, we get dressed and drive five minutes to the mall for shopping or a movie. My folks (seniors) also like to head to a casino about 40 minutes away. One of the best beaches in the USA is Lovers Key, a 20 min. drive.

This is our favorite of the Hyatt timeshare resorts. Great water experiences for all ages, even toddlers. Crackerjack staffers, great amenities in spacious units, and the alligator pond & bald eagle couple are thrown in for free :~) Not a lot of evening excitement (understatement), but the adjacent Hyatt Resort is right around the corner, as is the gorgeous golf course. +Reasonable airfares into RSW (Ft. Myers) from many U.S. cities.

Spacious beautiful units. Cleanliness could be a bit better but quickly addressed by staff when management notified. Lovely location, especially if all you want to do is relax by the pool, play golf or tennis and go out to eat at night! Lots of nearby chain & local establishments. Cute "lodge" type building with board games and fireplace. If you're a beach person, you might want to consider someplace else. Going to the beach requires taking the shuttle over to the hotel, walking a good distance over the hotel grounds to the boat launch, waiting a good while (very hot outside so while it was probably only 30 minutes, felt like an hour with hot, cranky kids!) Beach private but OK, forget about the trek back to the condo after a long day

We just came home from this lovely resort and were pleasantly surprised that it had so much to offer. The Raymond Floyd golf course has several sets of tees that make it a fair challange for all. The course seems to be carved out of a bird sanctuary and almost makes you forget that you are on a golf course. The sound of two waterfalls cascading over twin pools is so relaxing. We all loved the lazy river. In my opinion, it rivals a "water park" lazy river ride and is private for resort guests only. Rooms are spacious (and wonderfully appointed) and patio views are over the lake and golf course. We watched a combination of golfers/rabbits/alligators/birds from our 3rd floor screened in porch unit. We will definitely return!

Just back from the resort over the Holidays, what a fantastic facility! Searching for real estate in the area we found timeshareing at this perticular resort to not only fit our needs, but a far better economical situation after taking in consideration property tax, maintenance fees and condo association fees of available propertys, not to mention the skyrocketing purchase cost in the area. It turned out to be a no-brainer for our needs. We are looking forward to many vacations here. Jimmy

I stayed at the plantation and have nothing but great things to say about our stay. The family will love it and the rewards of the family's enjoyment was well worth the money. I thought the service and the staff were excellent and with that i decided to buy my timeshare with hyatt coconut plantation.
