We have stayed at this resort on 3 different occasions and really enjoyed it. It is very well maintained,a nd the kitchens have everything that you need and more. It is a smaller resort, but this is one of the best things about it. The pool, spa, and the club house do not get crowded, and the noise is at a minimum. The units are about 3 years old, and they are biginning to build more. The furnishings are very comfortable, and the staff is very helpful. Sedona is about 13 minutes away so you avoid all the Sedona traffic and high prices. It is close to many parks and other great attractions. The views from the pool area are spectacular.

I stayed at the Highlands Resort in Cornville in March 2008 and had a lot of fun. They have a heated pool, a jacuzzi and an adult jacuzzi for people over 12 years I believe. The location is great; it is very close to Out of Africa, wineries, Jerome, Sedona, Verde Valley Railroad and right down the street from a variety of restaurants. The fitness center and laundry services were free which I really liked as well. The downside - the resort is extremely small, the staff will try to get you to sit in on their time share presentation, it’s close to the high trafficked Cornville Road, and the biggest downer – if you’re in a room with a door being shared with another room, you can hear everything that’s that’s happening in that other room!

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?
