This is a beautiful resort property, It has all kinds of amenities. On site bar and grill, a spa ski-in & ski-out heated walkways and underground parking, free shuttle service to & from the beautiful town of Breck, shopping, lots of greats places to eat, dine and fun Happy hours. skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountains sleigh rides, horse carrage rides. Beatiful big pools and hot tubs, firepits around the property, heated lamps and so much more. It's just a very fun and relaxed atmosphere for family or just a Romatic getaway, this is the place for you! enjoy

Wonderful resort, all you would expect for a 5 star resort plus wonderful staff. On site play area for children and hiking trails into the mountains starting on site.

GTL has developed into a first class luxurious facility. Numerious new amenities are available with the addition of Buildings 5 and 6. Many activities are offered. Very helpful staff. We own 8 timeshare weeks in the USA and have been visiting Breckenridge since 1990. GTL offers an enjoyable vacation experience, and we are always on the go.

Grand Timber is 5 star resort with 2 swimming pools 6 Hot tubs children play area ski in and ski out. Restaurant on site.With Free shuttle services around town.Our building is less than 3 months old.Great location.

GTL is a beautiful new resort which is right at the bottom of the Snowflake chair lift. We have a bi-annual spring/fall float. Spring season is late April - the 3rd week in May. Fall season is Oct. through mid-Nov. We are able to split our week and take 3 days at one time and four days at another, or use it all at once. The time share is usable every year if you use the lock-out one year and the one-bedroom the next year. It is usable every other year when you use the full two bedrooms.
