Jamestown is a wonderful area, friendly people, convenient to so many other towns and attractions. Just be sure of what you are getting when you reserve at the Overlook condos. I asked owner for an water view for my elderly mother (as she wouldn't be going out a lot), and was assured all the units had water views. They do not. To see a view at our unit, you had to go outside in the back yard and even then the view was distant. The inside of the condo was dark and there was no view of anything but a fence on one side and a barbecue grill on the other side of the unit. The price is right and the units are clean and well-kept.

I loved this place as a child and as I grew It changed only for the better. For 10 years I took my own family of 4 to this place. My children loved it and jamestown was so good to me. Visit chompmist charlies for the best calamari around and there are parks and fun everywhere. The pool and Hot tub are clean and great The Unit we had holds some of my dearest memories! I would live there if it was feasable! The rocky beach a veiw are amazing. Enjoy if you go!

Absolutely fabulous location. Overlooking Newport harbor. Watch the tall ships enter from ports throughout the world. Close to the magnificent mansions just across the bay. Finest seafood restaurants on the east coast. Something of interest for all age groups. A vacation to be remembered forever.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?
