I have been going to EI for the last 5 years for spring break with the family. Love the location, close to everything and the staff is very helpful. Great for children, No worries, very safe environment for them.Close to Boardwalk and in a very private area. A real Gem on the beach!

Checked out after just 3 days and only cause it was a long weekend and we had to wait to find other accomodations.We were scheduled for a week. Didn't make it.Maybe it was just our dumb luck. It's actually 3 buildings. We got the crummy one;the one with the office downstairs. Laundry can be done only between 5-8pm.Dinner time is just when i want to wash. Beach front is awsome but that was it.Straps on chairs are broken. Desk staff not helpful at all. Shower stall was dirty. No overhead lights in bedroom; only night lamps. No blinds and only black out curtains. Who goes to Florida to sit in a dark room? Kitchen appliances and counters were new but cabinets were old; sink cabinet cracked inside.Sofabed was painful!SKip this place if u can

i have stayed there two different times and the staff is friendly and very helpful. i want to stay there in june right on the beach if i can get a beach front room with accoundations that sleeps 8 people. if you read this shirley this, said hi.

I spent a week here in early October '08. Overall a nice experience. Weather was nice & warm, though quite stormy the first few days. Office staff were friendly & helpful. Studio apartment is small but cozy & comfortable; well-stocked with amenities. The nearby Broadwalk is great for browsing, dining, people-watching & good walking exercise. Late-season crowds were way down compared to spring & summer, making for a quiet, no-pressure atmosphere (beach & pool were nearly deserted). A good place to just relax & unwind.

Superb condo, on the beach with outdoor pool. Scuba diving, water skiing, golf, tennis and much more nearby. An opportunity of a lifetime
