Resort Reviews for Coconut Beach Resort

This is a small 30 unit timeshare complex right on the beach. It is very well maintained and in a perfect location. There is a small private sandy beach, pool and hot tub.It is not a hotel and there is no restaurant but there is a nice reception. Very friendly staff and always there to help. There are no elevators so select 1st or 2nd floor if stairs is an issue for you.Highly recommended.

My wife and I have enjoying vacationing in Key West for more than 15 years now. Our first time going was before we had any children and it was amazing! We are now a family of 5 and we all love to vacation in Key West. We look forward to being at the Coconut Beach Resort and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. The staff are so friendly and accomodating and there's plenty of room for us all. Always clean, updated and all the amenities of home! The best part are the Tequila Sunrise party and the Rum Punch party that's hosted by the resort every week, great music, great drinks, lots of fun!

This is one of the most intimate timeshares in all of Key West,close to everything, but off the beat and path.Situated right on the ocean with spectacular views!Many amenities on site a must experience!

We have enjoyed this Resort with the tropical setting, beautiful sunrise right from our Condo or the Jacuzzi. Close enough to all the sites of Key West but nestled in an intimate surrounding away from the concrete jungle. We walk to the Sunsets at Mallory Dock. And we’re just 2 blocks from the elite Butterfly House. This Private and Elegant Time share has been fun, relaxing, and great Lobstering vacations for us over the years. We just have so many grandkids now; that we need to rent a house to enjoy our time off and play with the kids, boats, and lobster all at the same time.

We enjoy the most Southern spot in the United States. Beautiful tropical setting, with magnificient sunsets at the Mallory Docks. This Private and Luxurious Time share has beenm a great vacation for us over the years.
