I stayed at the Coconut Bay Resort Ft. Lauderdale. The Manager was indifferent to my bad experience, I was informed the resort would replace my refrigerator two days into my stay. The replacement didnt fit so theybrought the old refrigerator back. That night all my food spoiled. The manager stated it was unforseen, took no responsibility and offered me $25.00

I spent Christmas 2007 at the resort with three young kids and had a great time. The pool is a wonderful place to come back to after taking the water taxi and stopping at local attractions or after a few hours at the beach which is one block away. The resort is clean and quiet. No need for a car. Close to airport and public transport is easy and affordable. When the owner asked if was interested in buying the X-mas week, I jumped at is a wonderful place to return to.

Adjacent to the resort is the Bonnet house museum, a peek at old Florida beach estate. Across the road is the Birch State Park, with hiking and canoeing. Big mall with movie theatre is behind. Great for lots of activities of all kinds besides the beach!

I have stayed the week of July 4th at this resort,very nice. It is 1 block from the beach. Everything you would need is within walking distance. A cool breeze is blowing, boats you can charter are at your back door. The outside pool has a refreshments bar,and overlooks the inlet where the boats dock. I would go again.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?

Our site is for timeshare owners to post one week for sale for $34.95. We have no other charges.
