I would not recommend this resort. I was invited by a timeshare owner for last weekend. The condo was not up to resort standards. The condo was dirty and damaged. The manager was rude and proceed to scream at another one of the guests that was staying in our condo after a towel complaint had been made by the timeshare owner not the guest. I am glad my 13 years old daughter didn't answer the condo phone to endure the manager's lack of professionalism. The timeshare owner had called the facility prior to our stay regarding the amenities and was reassured that towels were available. After a long day of biking riding on trails of Truckee and nice hot shower would have been nice but no clean towels were available. I would not recommend.<

I stayed at this resort. I was a guest of a timeshare owner last weekend. The condo was very dirty from bathrooms to furniture,wallpaper was peeling off the walls, appliances were damaged, broken glass in pictures, water damage to ceilings & walls. There were 9 people in our party in two separate condos. No housekeeping on the weekend which we found out when after following the instructions left in condos to leave dirty towels on bathroom floor to be replaced. We didn't receive clean towels until the 3rd day & after complaint was made. I received a phone call from the manager who screamed at me stating "this is a resort and not a hotel". The manager was very rude & unprofessional. I would not recommend this resort.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?

Our site is for timeshare owners to post one week for sale for $34.95. We have no other charges.
