the club at lake gaston resort will sell you a membership and every year come up with new fees and new rules and take away what they had promised in the past.If you dont agree to new fees they will raise your lot rent and maintainace fees. most people end up selling after a couple of years cause of the new rules and fees every year so the club gets to sell new memberships. and the property is run down docks in need of repair.you will go up to the club house for dinner only to find it closed because they rented it out for a function.This place could be a 5 star camp ground if money was put back into it.I was told that one of the maintaince men had been stealing money from campers when the campers were away from thier camper.
