The Belair Beach Hotel, located on Little Bay Beach is the only all suite oceanfront resort on St. Maarten. It has a unique combination of hotel, timeshare and condominium facilities. Sit on your private terrace overlooking the beach and Caribbean Sea and watch the world go by. Saba, St. Eustatius and St. Kitts sit majestically in the distance. Cruise ships entering and departing Philipsburg pass by in all their glory. On property amenities include: complimentary beach towels, chaise lounges and umbrellas, complimentary wine & cheese party every Monday night, 24-hour security, babysitting service, a Laundromat, video rental, book exchange, water sports, car rental and activity desks, commissary, restaurant and bar, oceanfront fresh water swimming pool & tennis court.
