One-bedroom units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, and 1 sleep sofa. Laundry facilities are located on-site. Pets and smoking are not allowed at this resort. A car is required to fully enjoy the area. Local area features are within one mile of this resort: beach, boating, fishing, golf, grocery store, hairdresser, medical facilities, and shopping area. The towns of Gualala, Mendocino, and Fort Bragg are all nearby, as well as the Anderson Valley wine region.
