Aquamarine Villas boasts nineteen 1 bedroom and six two bedroom units. The average size of a 1 bedroom unit is 840 sq. feet and the average size of a 2 bedroom is 1,440 sq. feet. The 1 bedroom units share a common garage and the 2 bedroom units feature a private two car garage. At the mouth of the San Luis Valley, Oceanside's 3 1/2 miles of beaches offer year round opportunities for ocean recreation. There are several National Surfing Championships, including the World Body Surfing Championships in mid-August. Long popular with the yachting set, Oceanside boasts one of the largest and finest Small-Craft Harbors on the Pacific Coast. The Perfect Spot For Perfect Vacations! On-Site amenities include gas barbeques, internet access, board games, swimming pool, laundry facility, whirlpool/spa, game room, complimentary VCR movies, complimentary local calls, social activities, and the Beach, one block away.
