Sand and Surf Condominium is located directly on the beach, where in addition to its prime location, the resort offers amenities, such as an outdoor heated pool, children's pool, picnic area, and fishing. Nearby are Waterskiing, Windsurfing, Racquetball, Squash, Golf, Grocery, and Live Entertainment. The local area is rich with fun activities. Daytona is famous not only for its sandy beaches, but also for the Daytona International Speedway, home to the Daytona 500 and Firecracker 400. Other races are scheduled throughout the year. Florida's popular sport of greyhound racing is also close by. For a day-trip, Orlando is a convenient drive away.
If you want more Orlando-area opportunities, you might try the Magic Tree Resort. Magic Tree Resort is located in Kissimmee, Florida and has a swimming pool, tennis, a game room and is near many restaurants and shops in the greater Orlando area. Disney World is less than 2 miles away.
