Carlsbad Seapointe Resort is ideally perched atop a seaside bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Historic Coastal Highway 101. The resort is only 500 yards from one of the few undeveloped stretches of beach in San Diego's North County, perfect for exploring tidal pools or catching a wave. The quaint Village of Carlsbad is a few miles up the coast to the north, while San Diego is a short drive to the south. SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Wild Animal Park, and Point Loma Lighthouse are all within 30 miles. A Coaster station is conveniently located a short walk to the resort which gives guests commuter train access to the Amtrak station, Old Town San Diego, Downtown Gaslamp District, U.S.S. Midway and even Petco Park to enjoy the San Diego Padres. The family friendly resort has many amenities to offer including an outdoor pool and family pool, fitness center, outdoor grilles, and much more. After a day of vacation, relax and catch the beautiful sunsets as the sun slips into the Pacific Ocean.

There are many things to do in the area, if it is the beach you are looking for try South Ponto Beach located along Carlsbad Boulevard at Poinsettia Lane.
