The Alpenrose Condominiums are located just two blocks from the heart of downtown Breckenridge in scenic Summit County. Set in Historic Breckenridge, guests can experience fine cross-country and downhill skiing, hunting, hiking, and tobogganing. Spectacular Lake Dillion is nearby and offers water sports for summer fun. The resort has a common area hot tub and sauna, coin-operated laundry, and a common area sitting room. This timeshare resort offers one and two bedroom condos with full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, telephone, and carpet. All units have outdoor decks and their own ski lockers. On-Site amenities are sauna, whirlpool, and laundry facilities. Walk to the slopes or use the free Breckenridge Shuttle System, which has a stop conveniently located directly in front of the resort. Breckenridge is home to many year-round activities, ranging from golf and horseback riding to skiing and excellent dining. Additional amenities and nearby attractions are lake, boating, fishing, pool, children's pool, downhill skiing, ski school, golf, tennis, racquetball, horseback riding, exercise equipment, health club, casino, playground, live entertainment, grocery, medical facility, restaurant, and shopping.

Another beautiful outdoor opportunity is Woods Manor Condominiums. Woods Manor Condominiums feature jetted tubs, fireplace, and decks. On-site hot tubs, saunas, and a work-out area compliment the amenities. The slopes are just a few blocks from Woods Manor Condominiums, easily accessible. Downtown Breckenridge is two blocks from the property. Further features include elevators, underground parking, and private decks with exquisite views.
