The Summerfield Condo Resort has all the comforts of home. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, full bath, cable television, and phone. The second bedroom has two double beds, full bath, cable television, and phone. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, range, microwave, and coffee maker. All cooking utensils, silverware, and dishes are provided. The living area provides a queen size sofa, 44-channel cable television with VCR, and phone. There is a half bath downstairs with full size washer and dryer. Evan an iron and ironing board is provided. Resort amenities include swimming pool, hot tub, wooden sun deck, picnic tables, gas grills, and two equipped children play areas. Pets are welcome in some units for a non-refundable charge. Major attractions are only 15 minutes from the resort. It is a short trip to Walt Disney World, EPCOT Center, Disney-MGM Studios Theme Park, Pleasure Island, Blizzard Beach, Sea World, and Universal Studios. The Kennedy Space Center is 60 Minutes away.
Another beautiful resort in the area is the Fantasy World Club Villas. Fantasy World Club Villas is just three miles from Walt Disney World, Epcot, Universal Studios, Sea World, and Wet n Wild. Cypress Gardens and Busch Gardens are close by. This resort has three swimming pools and tennis courts on site. Golf is very close and the beach is an hour away.
