Southcape Resort and Club in Mashpee, Massachusetts

Southcape Resort and Club is located on the southern part of Cape Cod, eight miles east of Falmouth and 10 miles southwest of Hyannis. The Cape is known as a summer vacation mecca; you'll find that the best features are the history, scenery, charming beaches, seafood restaurants, and wonderful shops. The resort has indoor and outdoor tennis courts and pools. In summer, take a ferry to Nantucket Island or Martha's Vineyard and enjoy activities for all ages. Southcape Resort and Club are conveniently located to all major Cape Cod areas and are set nicely off the road, eliminating any traffic noise. As you drive into the resort, you are sure to notice that the grounds are beautifully landscaped with various seasonal plantings. Their native "Pines" provide some shade. These vacation townhouses are near the ocean beaches of the southwestern side of Cape Cod. The resort offers indoor/outdoor tennis courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and is situated close to several golf courses, restaurants, and horseback riding trails. Among the Cape's attractions for visitors are opportunities for fishing and other water sports, nature walks, crafts shows, and antiques shops. All units are very spacious, have an open floor plan and accommodate six people. There are Ranch and Townhouse units; some have fireplaces and others have jacuzzis. Each kitchen is fully equipped for "dining in" if you so choose. In addition, all linens are provided with the exception of pool towels. Step out onto a deck or patio complete with BBQ. Enjoy a game of tennis on the outdoor or indoor courts, or maybe shuffleboard is your game! Perhaps a refreshing swim indoors or outside suits you, both pools are very popular. There is a great playground for the children as well, complete with picnic tables. When the weather gets nippy, snuggle up and relax by the fireplace in our Clubhouse.
