Sea Time in Ocean City, Maryland

The Sea Time Condominiums are located in Ocean City Maryland and offer family vacation weekly rentals. All condominiums enjoy a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool and many have a view of the Ocean. The one bedroom, one bath condominiums are finely appointed and will accommodate six guests comfortably. The three bedroom, two and a half bath units have two king size beds, two double beds and a queen size sleeper sofa and accommodates 8 to 10 guests. All units are equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer, wall to wall carpeting, central heat and air conditioning. This timeshare resort is just steps to the clean sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and just south of the Fenwick Island Delaware State line.

The Sea Time Condominiums is a one hundred unit complex located in north Ocean City between 135th and 136th Street on the ocean side of Coastal Highway. Sea Time is located ten blocks south of the Delaware state line and is convenient to shopping, dining and entertainment. The resort has a swimming pool which is open year round. From September 15th to May 15th, the pool is covered and the water is heated. During that same period, this resort opens an Adult Exercise and Spa Area, which is equipped with hot tub, sauna and exercise equipment. May 15th to September 15th the pool is uncovered and the spa area is closed. The units in Sea Time have either one or three bedrooms. All units are equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer, wall to wall carpeting, central heat and air conditioning. In addition, each unit has two color TVs, a private telephone and is also equipped with dishes, utensils and cookware. Each unit also has a private balcony which overlooks the swimming pool and many units have a great view of the beach, ocean and the bay. Timeshare units also include bed linens, towels and a starting supply of paper products.
