RVI Holiday Club Lake Havasu is located on the California side of Lake Havasu, the resort lets the vacationer enjoy houseboating on beautiful Lake Havasu. You will experience the freedom of being in command of a 50'-64' luxury houseboat. Lake Havasu City is located on the Arizona side, accessible by houseboat or ferry. From March to December there are many activities on the lake. Resort amenities include beach, lake, water skiing, fishing, fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioning. Lake Havasu is a large reservoir behind Parker Dam on the Colorado River, on the border between California and Arizona. Lake Havasu City sits on the lake's eastern shore. The lake has a capacity of 648,000 acre feet. The concrete arch dam was built by the United States Bureau of Reclamation between 1934 and 1938. Lake Havasu is well known for its recreational fishing and boating, which bring in 3.5 million visitors a year. Fishing tournaments are often held on the lake, where bass and stripers are the main catch.
