For a small fee, guests have access to a nearby health club that offers racquetball and exercise facilities. Powder Ridge Village Units include spacious one, two, and three bedroom units newly remodeled in 2000. All units are fully furnished with satellite TV with 50 channels, microwave, dishwasher, wood burning fireplaces and fully stocked kitchens.

The resort is 3 levels and has no elevators. all units have exterior steps leading either up or down to unit entrance. Resort is 90 minute drive from Park City skiing. The ski season varies by the year. Please contact the resort directly for ski openings/closings. Powder Mountain generally receives over 500 inches of famous Utah powder each snow season. Because of this, guests are charged a nominal fee to help the Owners Association provide snow removal services. Powder Ridge Village is located 9300 feet, a very high elevation. The road to the resort is very steep (7https grade) and the last mile is dirt road. It is strongly suggested that vacationers have tire chains or 4-wheel drive vehicles as resort is not equipped to tow cars up the mountain. Local area features include boating, fishing, golf, lake, medical facilities, restaurant, ski school, snack bar, water skiing, and wind surfing.
