Mountain Sun Condominiums is surrounded by the White Mountains National Forest. At the resort's indoor sports center nearby, you can, for a fee, enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools, a full line of exercise equipment, the sauna, steam bath and whirlpool tub, golf, indoor or outdoor tennis, racquetball, and squash. Other area activities include boating and fishing on Corcoran Pond. In winter, ski on Snow's Mountain and Mount Tecumseh, cross-country ski on more than 100 miles of groomed trails, ice-skate, or take an old-fashioned horse- drawn sleigh ride.

Mountain Sun townhouse units feature a dynamic cathedral ceiling living room/dining room combination, plus a very attractive and functional kitchen arrangement, and 3 bedrooms that provide space to sleep up to eight people. Each unit is three floors. 1st floor has living room, dining room, den area and fully equipped kitchen including microwave oven. The den area has a queen sized sofa fold-out bed, cable television with VCR. The living room features a double-sided fireplace which opens to the kitchen and dining rooms. First floor has a half bath. Second floor has two bedrooms, each with twin beds. Washer and dryer are located on this floor along with one full bath. Third floor has one bedroom with queen sized bed and a full bath that features full-size jacuzzi and skylight. Valley Inn Resort is another resort in the area.
