The Zephyr Mountain Lodge is set within close proximity of more than 130 ski trails, and, in winter, features ski-in, ski-out access from the Zephyr Express lift. In summer, 600 miles of trails throughout Winter Park and the Fraser valley are accessible by the lifts. There is also a variety of retail establishments available in the adjacent Village Plaza, including ski rental and repair shops, a general store, coffeehouse, and the Doc's Road House restaurant. This timeshare resort comprises two modern-style mountain houses—the seven-story Slopeside and eight-story Riverside—located 110 feet from the Zephyr Express chairlift and adjacent to the resort's Village Plaza. Guests check in at the Riverside building where a lobby offers a stone fireplace, plaid sofas, matching armchairs, and fieldstone floors. The resort offers easy access to slopes (hiking, biking, skiing), 130 ski runs, and a ski school. Other amenities include four outdoor spa tubs, a fitness room with cardio and weight training equipment, heated underground parking, on-site ski and snowboard storage, and laundry facilities on each floor. There is also a variety of retail establishments available in the adjacent Village at Winter Park, including Winter Park Resort Rentals, a general store, Starbucks, and Doc's Road House restaurant, Cheeky Monk, Lime and Goodies.
