Park Avenue Condominiums is located in Park City, Utah and located a short 35 minute drive from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Park Avenue offers over 60 well-appointed condominiums in a beautiful mountain setting. Timeshare resort amenities include laundry room, mountain, outdoor swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, and whirlpool/hot tub. Summer activities include golfing, biking, tennis, hiking, fishing and horseback riding. Winter activities include world class skiing, snowboarding at the Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort, which is skiing only, and the Canyons. Park City also offers terrific shopping and over 80 restaurants ranging from casual dining to haute cuisine. Accommodations range in size from one-bedroom to four-bedroom condos. The condominiums offer fully equipped kitchens, comfortable bedrooms, spacious living rooms, and great location. Popular attractions in Park City, Utah include Park City Historic Main Street, Alpine Slide, Park City Historic Main Street, Park City Mountain Resort, Park City Mt Resort, Deer Valley, The Canyons, Utah Olympic Park, Park City Museum and Tourist Information Center, and Red Banjo Pizza Parlour.
