Pacific Avenue is located in Ocean Shores, Washington. This timeshare condominium property, built in 1984, is a 3 story building consisting of six (6) 1100 square-foot 2 bedroom and 2 bath units. The master bedroom consists of a king bed. The guest bedroom offers a queen and twin bed. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living area if needed. All units are adequately furnished with 3 TVs, stereo, DVD, dishes, kitchen utensils, bedding and towels. All units also offer secure wireless Internet connection. Maximum unit occupancy is 7 people. All guests have access to the use of the amenities at the Ocean Shores Community Club. Clubhouse amenities include a beautiful bay view, indoor heated swimming pool, saunas, spa, changing rooms with showers and lockers, gymnasium, fitness center, meeting room, TV room, outside deck and play areas, game room and a cafe with free wireless Internet service. The park system includes two outdoor heated swimming pools each equipped with indoor facilities providing changing rooms, showers and lockers, picnic areas, playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis court, horseshoe pits, Perkins Pond and a nature trail. The Community Club offers a variety of recreational activities for members and their guests including fitness classes, hobby clubs, special events, group travel opportunities, luncheons and much more.
