This beautiful South Lake Tahoe property features colorful flower beds, lush green lawns, and a tranquil solarium with a waterfall that will lull you to sleep. In the warm months, enjoy a Barbecue while playing ping-pong, basketball, volleyball or tetherball, or work up a sweat in our workout room. For the younger group, there is a children's play area. The resort is located just a short walk from beautiful Lake Tahoe. In the winter, there are 22 ski resorts in the Lake Tahoe area, all within driving distance. Guests of the Americana Village are entitled to ski lift ticket discounts for several Lake Tahoe resorts. Catch the ski shuttle up the hill to Heavenly Ski Resort or Sierra at Tahoe, both just minutes away. There is also the excitement of the famous Lake Tahoe Casino night life and fine local dining nearby. Free shuttle available to most casinos and ski resorts. Accomodations include Ambassador Studios, Envoy Studios, and Statesman one Bedroom units. Come visit the friendly staff at the Americana Vacation Resort in South Lake Tahoe. The only disappointing part of your stay will be checking out.
