Hololani is located on the beach in Kahana, approximately 30 miles from the Kahului Airport. Hololani is a nine-story, 64 unit building with assigned parking for one vehicle per condominium. There are nine two-bedroom VI units - all with nice views of the water. These are an open-style condominium with screens between the master bedroom and living room that open to provide an airy feeling. There is a pool and bbq area onsite, and tennis, golf, restaurants and live entertainment are offsite but nearby. Fronted by 300 feet of beach, the Hololani Resort offers on-site swimming, surfing, and sunbathing. It also has its own outdoor pool and barbecue area. Golf, tennis, fishing, and other activities are nearby. The city of Lahaina, only seven miles south of Hololani, is known for its pineapple and sugarcane production as well as its many historical sites. Once famous as the whaling capital of the mid-Pacific, Lahaina still attracts humpback whales, coming to bear their young. Both Lahaina and Napili offer a wide variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping possibilities.
